We offer professional grooming services that will satisfy you and your dog. April is the lead groomer and was lucky enough received her degree from the Rochester Institute of Dog Groomer before they stopped training new groomers after 33 years. She was lucky enough to learn from several Master Groomers that always demanded perfection while learning. This transmuted into the quality of service we provide to you and your dog. All of our grooming staff goes through a similar process with April regardless of their experience to ensure that we provide our customers with a quality service every single time.
All of our grooming staff have a passion for giving your dog the best grooming experience possible while giving you a comfortable experience in trusting us with your dog. We recommend coming in for a Grooming Consult prior to your first grooming so we can answer any questions you have and the correct tools to properly care for your dog’s coat. We do not over book our groomer, we want our groomers and dogs to have a safe and calm environment to be in.
We offer many services including, Baths, Nail Clipping and Grinding, Sanitary Trims, and Full- Service Grooming. We do not just clip down dogs like our competitors! We take the time to de-mat your dog if needed to save as much of the coat as possible.
Grooming Consult: We also are the only ones in the area to offer a Grooming Consult for your dog or new puppy. We take the time to go over the proper tools to use and how to properly care for furry friend’s coat to keep it cared for between grooms, and to insure a better experience at the groomers. We also go over how to clean your dog’s ears, what to look for possible ear infections. How to safely trim your dog’s nails as well as how to introduce tools to your dog. Most importantly, we take the time to answer any questions that you may have. Just as with our training services we tailor our services to you and your dog.
As Professional Groomers, it’s our responsibility to educate our customers on what is acceptable to their dog’s breed standards. We will also explain why you can’t do certain thing to a dog’s coat.
